Did a 5K this afternoon. Completed in 40 mins. Which means I cut 5 mins off of my last one!! (Back in June ‘10). YAY!!

(I did w3d1 last friday)

Today I also did some situps and arms. 

I’m starting to get a lot of “Are you losing weight?” “Looks like you’ve lost a good amount.” Which is awesome. 

And I can tell my clothes are fitting much looser. Pants & shirts (especially in the sleeves!!)

I weigh in tonight so fingers crossed!! :)

2.2 miles in 31mins … OUTSIDE in 40something degree weather.

First run I’ve done outside on the program. It felt great and my mileage really wasn’t much different compared to when I’ve done it on the treadmill.

You should probably go to Old Navy. I got 4 pairs of yoga pants ($12 each) and a hooded running shirt. This was perfect timing since a bunch of my pants are starting to wear & get holes. 

With the returns I did for xmas - I only had to spend 15 bucks.
