This mornings breakfast!! Omelet had spinach, pepper and bits of turkey bacon (sorry God, I forgot it was a Lenten Friday!)
Who wants to spend Saturday night with coworkers and their spouses? Not me.
I’d rather go see a movie alone (ok maybe not on a Saturday night, but you get my drift)
Anyway, dinner is at Emeril’s Chop House —> menu And I really have no idea what to get. To be honest, not many of the items look that appetizing. And I’m sure they are all far from “healthy”. I can’t find the nutritional facts any where on the website!
UGHHHH. Why can’t restaurants and losing weight be easier?!
Do any of you have any suggestions or words of wisdom?
Just a few tasty things I got at the grocery store yesterday.
I’ve always been a fan of the cinnamon Puffins, the Special K chips are new & super yummy. They are 2 or 3 pts for 28 of them!
I haven’t tried the tortilla chips but can’t wait! That’s one thing I miss. The bagel thins are 3 pts and come in cinnamon raisin and whole wheat too!
What are some of your favorite things from the food store?
