&lt;p&gt;I gave this up for Lent, but have been slack with it.  It&amp;#8217;s funny because before I told myself I couldn&amp;#8217;t have it, I barely drank it.  Once it was on the NoNo list, I couldn&amp;#8217;t resist.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve stocked up on soda water &amp;amp; iced tea, so I&amp;#8217;m hoping these things will help me get through it this go around.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exercise 4 times a week&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Even if it&amp;#8217;s just a walk with Dad, I really need to get back in the habit of making time to workout.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sticking with the Couch to 5k program, too.  I&amp;#8217;ve been lax as of late, because I haven&amp;#8217;t been working out as much, but it is still something I want to finish &amp;amp; successfully be able to do.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also want to work on my arms more.  The summer is coming and I want to wear cute dresses without feeling the need to put a sweater over it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Since I&amp;#8217;ve been living at home my dad has been cooking dinner.  He normally does a protein, a veggie and a starch.  All good, since I keep away from the starch (usually). But sometimes he&amp;#8217;ll boil the veggies so all their goodness is taken out - basically, he doesn&amp;#8217;t make the food I like to eat. But it makes my life simple, so I eat it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m going to try to make 1-2 items over the weekend and save it for the rest of the week either as dinner or take it to work for lunch. I also want to bring snacks to work to keep my eyes off the candy pile.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A friend of mine &amp;amp; I had a challenge going with one another to see if we could lose 17lbs by March 31.  We started in mid-January&amp;#8230; so that gave us about 12 weeks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;She did great and lost 13lbs (so proud of her!) and I lost about 8.  (I&amp;#8217;m offically weighing in at WW tomorrow morning).  Obviously, I didn&amp;#8217;t do as well as I set out to do, but with a vacation in there, a few nights of drinking and not a terrible amount of exercise the last few weeks.. I&amp;#8217;ll take it.  8 pounds is 8 pounds.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ll be moving in about 4 weeks (fingers crossed I find an apartment by then) for work.  And I&amp;#8217;ll have to cancel my current WW membership.  I&amp;#8217;m thinking of starting fresh in the new place and just going Paleo, or something similar.  I know the basics, but will read more on it in the next few weeks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve enjoyed WW, but spending $50 a month is a lot and I&amp;#8217;m so busy, half the time I don&amp;#8217;t stay for the meetings.  Although, it is something I would love to finish through &amp;amp; become a lifetime member.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Has anyone attempted doing WW &amp;amp; Paleo? What are your thoughts on starting fresh in a new place?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m turning 25 in 6 days. EEEEEK! And my scale this morning read 200.0.  This gave me the idea (and incentive) to kiss the 200&amp;#8217;s goodbye and keep them a far away memory.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think that would set the tone for not only a fantastic year, but for the second half of my 20s!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A few things I&amp;#8217;m thinking of doing the next few days to get me there are cutting the sweets &amp;amp; soda (for real) and increasing my water &amp;amp; exercise. Any other suggestions?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I’m starting to get a lot of “Are you losing weight?” “Looks like you’ve lost a good amount.” Which is awesome. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And I can tell my clothes are fitting much looser. Pants &amp; shirts (especially in the sleeves!!)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So during the week, I usually have oatmeal in the AM and a salad at lunch.  Some days I&amp;#8217;ll have some fruit as a snack. Ideally, I would pack snacks, but I&amp;#8217;m always pressed for time in the mornings and never plan ahead.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So here&amp;#8217;s where I need help, I have all these points for the rest of the night like 6pm onward:&lt;/p&gt;
