Today I also did some situps and arms.
I’m starting to get a lot of “Are you losing weight?” “Looks like you’ve lost a good amount.” Which is awesome.
And I can tell my clothes are fitting much looser. Pants & shirts (especially in the sleeves!!)
I weigh in tonight so fingers crossed!! :)
Wishing this was a beer.
But I’m ok with it since I lost 1.2 lbs since Thursday!!!!!

Progress little by little. I’m a sweaty mess but am LOVIN’ IT!!!!!!!

So during the week, I usually have oatmeal in the AM and a salad at lunch. Some days I’ll have some fruit as a snack. Ideally, I would pack snacks, but I’m always pressed for time in the mornings and never plan ahead.
So here’s where I need help, I have all these points for the rest of the night like 6pm onward:
a) is that “normal/typical” for anyone else?
b) is it ok to eat the majority of pts at night? (I don’t go to bed until at least midnight)
c) is there a limit to the amount of points they suggest eating at once?

First run I’ve done outside on the program. It felt great and my mileage really wasn’t much different compared to when I’ve done it on the treadmill.
